New Skate Team

Blueskin is proud to announce that four lads from the Level Army in Brighton, England have come on board the Blueskin (UK) skate team. They are Jacob Walls, Jake Wisdom and Isaac Miller - Check out their profiles, they are siiick!!!

How old are you?

How long have you been skating for?
3.5 - 4 years
Why do you do it?
Always have loved skating and that feeling of achievement when you learn or land a trick.
Who/what inspired you to start?
My dad got me into it as he gave me his last setup which was my first setup.
What's your favourite trick?
Nollie bigspin heelflip.
What do you love about skateboarding?
Great way to let out energy and express yourself.
What's your goal within skateboarding?
To keep doing it and to get as far as possible with it.
What's your scariest skateboarding moment?
Snapping my wrist.
What advice have you got?
Don't skate on a injury it isn't worth it.
Where would you like to see yourself in the future?
Still skating and having just as much fun.

How long have you been skating for?
About 4 years
Why do you do it?
Everything else is too competitive and skating's to fun to stop!
Who/what inspired you to start?
Can't really remember, I think it was the old school Tony Hawk games.
What's your favourite trick?
Ohh maybe the nollie tre or kickflips are feeling fresh at the mo
What do you love about skateboarding?
How you can choose when you want to do it
What's your goal within skateboarding?
Just to have fun and keep busting new shit
What's your scariest skateboarding moment?
Probably throwing a nollie flip down Sainsburys
What advice have you got?
You gotta go for every trick!
Where would you like to see yourself in the future?
Hopefully still skating and enjoying as much as I do now

Why do you do it?
Because I love it and would be at a loss without it
Who/what inspired you to start?
Friends
What's your favourite trick?
Switch heel
What do you love about skateboarding?
Being able to jump on my board and have the best times
What's your goal within skateboarding?
To become as good as I can and see where it takes me
What's your scariest skateboarding moment?
Fracturing my skull
What advice have you got?
If you see a biker roaming towards you dropkick him/her
Where would you like to see yourself in the future?
A carpenter and get as far as possible with skating

Nearly 3 years
Why do you do it?
Cause I love the feeling and it's great fun
Who/what inspired you to start?
My friends

What do you love about skateboarding?
Everything, the sport generally and the people it brings
What's your goal within skateboarding?
Just to keep doing it and enjoying it
What's your scariest skateboarding moment?
Well I have hit my head a load of times and badly sprained my foot
What advice have you got?
Just to keep going
Where would you like to see yourself in the future?
Just still skating and having as much fun as I’m having now

Charity Skate Event

Mark Bryan from Ennvi Skateboards is putting on a skateboard charity event for the local youth's at Newton Abbot's the Junction Skate Night. Save Southsea Skate Park

nicky i know u get this a lot but this is big they are trying to shut down southsea sk8 park. it is the 1 if not the oldest sk8 park in the uk. It been here from the 70s. It must not shout down. We had over the years u.k. and u.s. pro and sk8er that have used it and it is a community for us and town around the city. so if u can help in any way this would be so helpful. i come to u as i know how u are a bout sk8ing and how u are true to the history. have a look at this if u can and if u can get back to me on this i be so grateful. thank u so much RAD bye
